Roman chamomile oil is best known throughout the ages for its sedative and soothing qualities. Endowed with an overall calming effect for the stressed mind and tense body, Roman chamomile essential oil can also be used to ease feelings of grief, anger, discontent or over-sensitivity. These properties render it useful in gently overcoming feelings of anxiousness and restlessness or trouble sleeping. Helps reduce nervous tension and insomnia.

Directions for use:

For aromatization of premises add 5 drops in the aroma lamp. For massage add 15 drops in 50 ml. base oil. For a bath, add 3-5 drops of butter in a warm water bath and stir vigorously. Caution: Do not use for pregnant women. Before use, perform a sensitivity test in the elbow cavity. If you are pregnant, breast-feeding, have hypersensitive skin or want to use essential oil for your child, first consult a therapist.
